The Farm Herefordshire partnership continues to strengthen year on year. For 2024 we continued to use the key performance indicators that were introuduced in 2023, enabling us to measure our progress and assess the impact of our partners working collaboratively. This data helps us to communicate what this important partnership does for Herefordshire and the River Wye.
