Green Futures is back in 2024 with two webinars packed with crucial information on the latest rules, advice and funding surrounding water, soil and the Sustainable Farming Incentive.
This joint initiative between the NFU, CLA, Environment Agency, Catchment Sensitive Farming, Severn Trent Water and Anderson’s aims to bring farmers bang up-to-date with the key information they need.

Farm advisors from the Farm Herefordshire partners are working together to deliver 12 on-farm events looking at assessing your soil, to apply for the Sustainable Farming Incentive and to understand how you can improve your soil health for more sustainable and productive farming.
· An introduction to SFI
· Simple practical tests that you can do yourself at home.
· How to plan your soil testing regime
· How this can help with your ongoing evidence for the Sustainable Farming Incentive
· How the results of the tests can aid management decisions to increase farm profitability
Bring your wellies and a spade, this is a hands-on practical session, bringing farmers together to share knowledge and understand more about SFI for soils.
